bapi for iw51

hi. i am trying to upload data for the t-code iw51. if one is acquainted with iw51, they may know that in the items tab we create items and then for each individual item we create cause,tasks and activities.

as items causes , tasks and activities are dependent on items, i am facing a lot of problems while using bdc.

is there any method in BAPI that upload data in iw51 including the table control data.

Hi,

try BAPI_SERVNOT_CREATE, BAPI_SERVNOT_SAVE, BAPI_SERVICENOTIFICAT_CREATE and BAPI_ISUSMNOTIF_CREATEMULTIPLE. Or check function modules from function group IQS4.
