I need a BAPI, to change a customer data, created in FD02 transaction.

Did you look at transaction BAPI, customer->ChangeFromData1 is [BAPI_CUSTOMER_CHANGEFROMDATA1|http://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/scn/advancedsearch?query=bapi_customer_changefromdata1].
