I want to BAPI for transaction code FBS1 for both checking and Posting (Acrual/Deferrral Document).

Can any body suggest me the exact BAPI.

use BAPI_ACC_DOCUMENT_POST

Try using RFBIBL00 with the correct document type for accruals.

or try BAPI_ACC_GL_POSTING_POST with ofcourse the correct document type.
