BAPI for F-63

Hi,

i want to upload the data using tcode : F-63. is there any standard BAPI or can i go for BDC througth recording functionality. internally workflow triggered once we posted the g/l accounts using F-63 tcode, can we handle the workflow related cod ein recording or not.
