Try with : BAPI_CONTRACT_CREATEFROMDATA

Read the function module documentation in SE37..It talks about what are the parameters required(in general)...

sorry for incomplete data

but i am using a BAPI to create a contract.

We are not using IDOC.

I am using BAPI_CONTRACT_CREATEFROMDATA
