BAPI Create outbound delivery

Hi i have a excel with columns(see image below). i want to create an outbound delivery for the sales order but the BAPI_DELIVERYPROCESSING_EXEC is not generating Delivery number.

is there other bapi's i can use to create outbound delivery for sales order with this column?

this columns can be found in BAPI_DELIVERYPROCESSING_EXEC
