BAPI COPY CNTROL ISSUE

I am trying to create a return order with reference invoice using bapi BAPI_CUSTOMERRETURN_CREATE but the bapi copy the reference price and price date from the invoice by default copy control carry out new Pricing (C) please can anyone help me on this issue.

How does it work when you create the same document in VA01? If you get the same result then it's not a BAPI issue.

If you get a different result then open an incident with SAP after searching for the existing notes.
