BAPI_CONTRACT_CREATEFROMDATA condition value problem

Hey all,

i am using BAPI_CONTRACT_CREATEFROMDATA to create contract it is working fine but when i give condition type 'K007' and Condition Value 0 it instead makes net value for that line item ZERO rather than Discount. if i don't pass this value it picks from the system record.
