BAPI_BUPA_ADDRESS_CHANGE problem!

Hi,

I have a Z report with a call to BAPI_BUPA_ADDRESS_CHANGE. On changing only the communication data of the business partner (person) via the Z report in CRM, the name of the corresponding customer in R/3 is getting deleted.

When I change communication data via txn. BP in CRM, everything works fine - the name fields are not deleted.

Only when I change the communication data via my program, this is happening.. does anybody have any idea why?

I have already implemented note: 976587, with no luck.

Please help!

This issue was resolved. There was a problem in the outbound BDoc - the Common details were not being sent.
