BAPI BAPI_SALESORDER_CREATEFROMDAT2

Hi all together.

I try to create a sales order in reference to a other sales order with the BAPI BAPI_SALESORDER_CREATEFROMDAT2. This works fine.

But, I have the feeling, that the copy control from customizing (Sales order type to sales order type) is not used during creation of the sales order.

If I create the order in reference to the other with transaction va01 the copy control is used.

Could it be that the BADI is not using the copy control?

Look at Logic Switch flags passed to the BAPI may be using a suitable

value here would help.

In copy control these flags can be seen in VTAA. Also the suitable value

should be available from TVCPA table.
