BAPI_ALM_NOTIF_DATA_ADD - Status Object Error

Using the FM BAPI_ALM_NOTIF_DATA_ADD to add a task with follow-on function in a CS notification i receive the following error and the Jest entry is missing.

Message no. IM258 Object does not exist (status management)

Please let me know if you have experienced this error and have a way around it?

You can check for notes by searching for IM258. There are a few.

Thanks only note 437878 applies and the correction program only works for the header status of the notification, not the status object of the tasks.
