BAI2- FLB26 format question

Good Morning SAP Guru's,

As a functional user, I am trying to understand why the file format for FLB26 is incorrect when my file pulling via BAI2 format has 18 positions for the check number when it should be 10. When I view attributes, I see no changes. What could have happened? As a result, it is messing up the check number, etc.

Any help/ insight would be greatly appreciated

The file format for FLB26 should be as follows:

Length Description

1 Record Type

3 Batch Number

3 Item Number

10 Check Amount

9 Check Routing/ Transit

10 Check DDA

9 Check Number

35 Not used

Currently, the Check DDA is 18 positions, not 10.
