we can have no. of implementations of same BADI, however at run time we can use only one implementation so we have to deactivate all other implementations of same BADI.

Yes, we can have many implementations for a single BADI, however only one Implementation is being executed each time.

at the time of creation of badi in se18 if u check the checkbox " mulitple use"

then in se19 u can implement multiple implementaions for that badi
