BADI Implementation

We can implement BADI in SE18 transaction also but why we are preferring SE19 transaction to implement the BADI?

In SE19 we create the implementation for the BADI and in SE18 we create the BADI

In SE18, you see the BADI definition. You can create, change the defintion of BAPI here.

By following the path Implementation --> overview/create/display/change, you are taken to SE19 transaction. In SE19 only you create BADI implementations.
