backup & modify ABAP prg

hi friends

Is there any possibility in taking backup all programs generated me in a particular system. Do anyone know where these programs are physically stored in sap system.

And tell me how to modify the description of ABAP program.

description can be changed in program attributes..

check the tables TRDIR,TADIR etc..

Also, there is autility @ SAPFANS.com to download all the z Programs.. there might be one on SDN too.. did you search here?
