Greetings, I am aware that "regular" PFCG roles can be backed up by downloading them offline. However, what is the best way to backup BI 7 analysis authorizations (the ones in RSECADMIN)?
Thanks!

Hi,
The best way is to make a transport request and include all the Analysis authorizations in it. Visit the following Wiki which gives you the steps:

Hi,
Put the Analysis Authorization into a Transport request number directly (and NOT as a part of Role) in RSECADMIN. Release the transport request. Then take a Backup of the DATA File and CoFile of this transport. When ever you need those Analysis Authorizations, just import these Data File and Co-file into the corresponding system. So, this would be the procedure of backing up Analysis Authorization. As you have rightly said, there is no option for physically downloading them like Roles in Prof. gen.
Data Files are stored in the path: /usr/sap/trans/data
Co-Files are stored in the path: /usr/sap/trans/cofile
