1)Background schedule is not possible in call transaction why ? and how is it possible in Session method?

why not, you can create a BDC with selection screen parameters , inside if you used call transaction it can be scheduled individually.
in session method, after creating session successfully
you will call RSBDCSUB to execute the session to process it.
