background scheduling changing period values.

hai abapers.

i have on req ,previously we have on job.that is scheduled in background(on for specified time:23.04.2008 and time 12:00:00) but now i want to schedule this job in background for every day and send mail to concerned persons..here i want to change period values,but i couldn't find option to change the job..

Check if this has been hardcoded in program or check the properties of Job, You will get in either of them.

yaa.ok i got it ..

it is in sm37(jobs overview ) select job you want to change .go to job ->change then it will allow the job to change mode..

Hi,

Firstly create another job and schedule it for everyday and if its successful then delete the job which was running previously...
