Goto SM37 select ur job and press F8.

There u will see a color icon aside ur job name. Click that it will take u to spool where outputs are strored .

You can access the spool via SM37. Enter the user name, click execute. Select your job, and click Spool button. Next select the step of the job, click spool request>print>direct processing.

Hi,

You can view the output of background Job when it finish, using transaction SP01 (Spool Request).

Or in transaction SM37, select the job, and then go to menu Goto->Spool List, select spool number an then click on display contents icon.

Hi Priya,

Some ideas to you regarding Batch job.

1.To monitor batch job go to sm37.

2.give the batch name and execute it.

3.If you want to print the dump message,go to transaction st22 and make a printout.

4.If you want to get spool details,select the job which you want to see and select the spool button at the menu.

5.You can see the spool and you can print it.
