automation tool for code review

Hi folks

i need few inputs to develop a tool for code review. i dont have any idea on that but was told that a tool has to be developed to review code,performance analysis i.e. these things must be automated whenver i use this tool.

can anyone help me out atleast in giving a vague picture on how to start.

Use code inspector.

This is already available as code inspector, transaction SCI. You can even enhance it with your own, customized checks.

thanks for the response.

i know its already available but v want to develop it to shw our clients that we hv something else.

v dont want to purchase any tools instead v want to develop on our own which has new features in it.

so customizing the program is it the only way?

If you would name programming own classes which could be bound to CI as customization then customization is the only way.

And please use readable englisch whithout using silly abbrevations.
