Automatic settlement rule assignment for WBS element

Hi

I want to update fields in settlement rule for wbs element, I am using User exit (step Form USEREXIT_MOVE_FIELD_TO_COBL) and badi : WORKBREAKDOWN_UPDATE I want to update the rule when I enter wbs element in sales order the exit should trigger and in turn call badi for updation of settelment rule fields (CJ02) . So Can any one help me how can i do it
