Automatic Resend after change

I have a ALE process to synchronize PO between system (creates a sales order in target system).

When I make a change I want the iDoc message to resent with the changes automatically (I don't want user to have to ME9F and resend manually because they will forget to do so). The first time it is sent automatically because I have it configured as "send on save".

Can this be done?
