Auto source determination via BAPI_PR_CHANGE

I am trying to use the BAPI BAPI_PR_CHANGE to perfrom an automatic source determination, as the other BAPI available does not have this functionality.

Source list and inforecord exists, and in ME22N this works.

However even if I set the flag AUTO_SOURCE as X cross in PRHEADER and PRHEADERX, no source determination is performed on the purchase requisition.

Can you please help me with the issue.

Pls make sure, whether the material used is having source list

Hello,

I have same request.

I do not know if you have solved your issue.

I believe this function is not available in BAPI_PR_CHANGE for existing items.

I think it could work only for new items.
