Authorization

Hi Friends,

I have a created a new condition type "ZSPL -special discount" for sales and it working Ok.

I want to give authorization for this special discount to only for a specific users. Kindly guide me as to how do the same.

Hi,

Go to transaction code SU01,enter user id & then go to roles tab, click on any role.It will open new screen of role(Transaction code PFCG).

Then go to authorization tab, click on change authorization data. Now you can add these object in to this role.

Hi Mark,

Say for example you have a profile 00:ZVINF:MT to create or change condition Type..

Go to transaction code SU02 enter the profile name and change the corresponding authorization object.

Now for the user assign these profiles in SU01. SO that only those people who has this profile can access this condition.
