Hi,

I am working with SAP Security team to get a user which have all archiving authorizations. Can you please provide me the authorization objects required for below archiving objects.

PM_ORDER

PP_ORDER

FI_DOCUMNT

MM_ACCTIT

BC_DBLOGS

I already have noted the authorization object for General Archiving - S_ARCHIVE.

Thanks and Regards,

Anuj

Hi,

It should be able to create archive file. Also, it should have Read access, for example transaction SARI, SARA etc.

For me the more simple solution, is to list the transaction. To make a trace on it using the ST01 and to create a profil/role

or you could simply add the transaction with PFCG, check the object link to the transaction using SU24

Hi,

Do ST01 captures trace of background jobs also? I am asking because we run archiving jobs in background only.

Thanks and Regards,

Anuj

Archiving job it's just a report you run. You could try to find all the AUTHORITY-CHECK statement in your code.
