Hello Raju,
Let me first clarify this:
Starting the 4.X version of SAP PFCG has kicked in. Even for the 3.X version of SAP PFCG has been made backwards compatible.
Believe me on this, i have the priviledge (or igmomy if you like) of working on 3.1I version of SAP today along with 4.7
(if you are looking in 3.1I or lower- if its 4.X, you search by roles)
Now comming to your point about selecting authorization objects for a given profile:
Select SUIM> Profiles> By Profile name, text
In the next screen enter the profile name and execute.
The system will display the profile name and its text.
Double click on the profile name and you will get an expandable tree structure.
Start drilling down. At the first level the system displays the authorization objects in the profile. If you drill down on a particualar authorization object, the system displays the authorizations further drilling will display the field and the value.
Please note that you can follow the same procedure in the later versions of SAP like 4.X and ECC too but you have to note that we dont handle profiles anymore, we manipulate roles.
Hope this helps.

Prashant

Go to t-code SUIM
Enter in your profile
Double click the "Profile Name" or select the "Display Details" button

Hi Rama,
You can view profiles using transaction SU02.
Let us know if you have any questions

Perhaps you need to find an authorization object of a particular authorization (generated by the profile generator)?
If you know exactly what you want, then table UST12 is often a tempting shortcut...

You can use the transaction SUIM report tree to find authorizations / roles / users etc by selection criteria.
Kind regards,
Julius
