Authorization Object for Material Type

hi, all,

I have one report which contains material type in selection-screen,

i want to restrict some user not to access all the material type and some can access all .

so, how i can able to do this using authorization object in SE38?

actually i know about this authorization object, but i want to know that how can i call and declare authorization object in program.

e.g.

user1--> only able to access FERT And HAWA

USER2 ---> Able to access all material types,
