If it is sold at Amazone, then I would assume yes.

Since the 46A/B AMEZ pdf was available for free at SAP Labs for a couple of years (but not anymore now) I reckon that this file is free for redistributing. Anyway, you can download it [here|http://sapbasis.msspro.com/AMEZ_46_all.pdf].
