Authorization issue with the HCM forms

Hi,

Initiating Manager is able to initiate the form but it does not proceed to the next approval step because of some missing authorization. Currently we are able to carry out our tests because SAP_ALL has been assigned to the users involved in the process.

Please suggest which authorization object i can use instead SAP_ALL.

You can do an authorization trace via ST01 and check which authorization objects are used then put together a role or add to one.

I'm moving this thread to the Security Forum, you might get a better answer there.

Hi,

Please let us know the authorization error you are getting while trying to initiate. Trace via ST01 will help you to find the authorization problem where you will get RC=4 let us know.
