Hi,

Authority checks and parameters can be used to check if a user has a certain attribute or access rights to executed or view something. Is there any other similar methods/ways/functions to achieve this? Thanks

Yes.You can assgin <b>ROLE</b> (set of transaction codes,objects...) to the users profile(SU01).

You can create/modify roles thru PFCG trnasaction.
