Hi, Kindly advise me on settings of this parameter?  What is the recommended value for this and why?  What is the impact of different values for this?

Different values would be a disaster...

Default and recommended value is Yes.

Some inexperienced auditors mindlessly follow check lists and suggest No for production. Just ignore them - they know not of what they speak.
