Attachments are opening in XML. It should open in PDF format instead. Tcode FB03

Hello All,

Today when we are executing tcode FB03, putting document number, company code and fiscal year and press enter. at Attachment, all attachment are opening in XML format, instead of PDF format. Can someone please help. I do'nt think this is a technical bug at system, But something got changed. Please help.

If an XML is displayed, it's because the content is XML, not PDF. Technically speaking, a file with extension .pdf can have an XML content, although it's an error. Please try to attach an actual PDF file (which doesn't contain XML), and open it to make sure PDF is displayed.

Thanks Sandra, you were correct. billing document got saved in XML. We can directly got to tcodeOAAD ->Technical search for the stored document with Doc, and check what is the property of document to be saved. And if someone want to change it XML to PDF or PDF to XML, Go to OAC2 transaction and change the document class over there. Thanks for your help.
