Assign the package to the data source

Hi All,

I created a data source in BW trax rso2, there initially i saved the data source in $tmp (local object),

if i want to change the package how can i do it in rso2 there is no object directory entry option ,

please help me how to do this,

hi...

In se80 goto the package and enter $tmp..it will show all the programs ..then right click and goto other functions and click 'change package assignment'.

This is how we do it for normal programs, but dont know, whether it solves ur problem or not.
