ASSERTION_FAILED short dump in ABAP Code Inspector (SCI)

When I try to display the check variant PERFORMANCE_DB in ABAP Code Inspector, the system is giving a short dump, ASSERTION_FAILED - Assert Condition Violated. The same short dump comes when I try to launch ABAP Test Cockpit (ATC). I have tried researching about the issue in SCN, but did not get the correct reply.

Did you look for OSS notes like2001003 - SLIN: Missing text table entries?

I have implemented the note. Still the issue persist.

Perform an OSS search with your current version, if nothing found Report an Incident.
