Archiving using PBS

Hi All,

I am facing the following problems while using the function module '/PBS/SELECT_INTO_TABLE'. for retrieving archive data.

1. when I pass Jan date for BEDAT field its getting all data for Jan month its good but

2. when I pass Feb date for BEDAT field its getting all Jan as well as Feb data which is wrong it should get only Feb month data similarly if i give March date then its getting Jan,Feb and Mar data.

Suppose I give Dec date it will get all year data from jan to Dec so it will have severe performance problem.

Kindly let me know any solution for this OR any suggestion if any one has encountered such scenarios.
