Archiving data

Hi all,

never done this data cleaup activity before. I dont know how to take up this activity.

Is there any procedure to do this?

Kindly help us so that we could finish this activity within a week for all the modules.

I came to know there is a archiving procedure

but how to go with............

Not to bust your bubble, but archiving "ALL" modules will take more than a week to setup and execute.
