archiving data in TEVEN table

Hi experts,

I am working on time evaluation. The data that i upload throught infotype 2011 is goin inside table TEVEN . I tried to delete some time entry data from infotype 2011. But its not reflecting in table TEVEN.

I came to know that we can archive the data through PU22 for the data in TEVEN table.

I want to know about the procedure of archiving and can it be done in background periodically.

its urgent .

Hi Aeroshil,

Yes, for archiving in HR, you need to use PU22. Have a look at this link which describes about the HR archiving:
