Archive info structures

Hi,

There is a standard archive object FI_MONTHLY. In table AIND_STR1 (archive info structures), I could see that there are 5 info structures( SAP_FI_MONTH_01 to SAP_FI_MONTH_05) corresponding to this archive object FI_MONTHLY.

But, using SARJ transaction, if the info structure SAP_FI_MONTH_01 is given, it is saying that ' Info structure SAP_FI_MONTH_01 does not exist .Do you want to create SAP_FI_MONTH_01? '.

Please suggest what could be the problem.

Hello Vishnu,

If you check AIND_STR1 again, you will notice that the 5 entries for archive object FI_MONTHLY are type "S" for Field Catalog. You will need to create the actual archive information structure based on one of the 5 field catalogs.
