Arabic Font

Dear Experts,

I have one issue with the Arabic Fonts in the Smart form.

I have developed a Smart form in 'AR' Language and used the font 'ANDALE_J'.

The output is fine in SAP Screen.

But, When i print the form from the SAP the output is ' ####### ### ### ## # #### '.

and also i have checked by printing from the MS-Word document with Arabic words.The output is fine. All the words are printed correctly in Arabic Language.

Please provide me any solution.

     Check for availibility of your arabic font for Printer using T-code - SE73

I think you need to check if correct printer is assigned in SAP. The same font should also be available on that printer. Also check correct device type is used for your printer.

Hi Dinu,

Please activate some unicode character setting for arabic using RSTXPDF3 report and activate either 999712  Note or 1569430 Note and parallel you can check with Basis Team, your device type support  Arabic language or not.

they will do some config for Arabic and they test after that you  trigger your output for that device.
