Approver task agent

Hi Experts,

In aprover task i select agents user and in agent assignment create one agent. now i want to send leave request not for one person the leave request goes to every persons managers and now what i select in Agents.please help me.

Hi,

In your approver task, go to agent assignment

and there click Attributes button and select General Task

Now, mail will go to every person

Hi Srinivas,

You need to setup the rule.. Means for the send mail Agent should be there. For these you need to create a Rule in PFAC Transaction and inside that you can set the multiple agent and call that Rule from your workflow.
