Application quits on browser access

Hi Community, hope your find well

i've been experiencing a problem with SAP on browser access, when the user try to create an AP Invoice, an error occurred Application quits! and can't continue. The user refresh the browser and the document is not there and have to start again and the error occurs again and can't finish

Hi Carolina.

Are you getting any dumps in the back end system(Using ST22)? any error message in SM21 log?

Hi Sriram, seems the error is caused by the connection to the server. because in the server applying the same scenario is worked fine
