API - Supplier Qualification Questionnaire type retrieval

I would like to ask for advice, as I wasn't able to find solution on my own for a topic which is quite important for us. We are working on project, where some of the data needs to be retrieved using API. The project requires analytical report on Supplier Qualification, and needs to include specific data which is supplier qualification questionnaire type. I would like to explain this further. Suppliers included in our system in order to be qualified need to fill out questionnaire, however due to the fact that we do have different types of suppliers - Direct Spend Suppliers, Direct Spend contractors, TT&L etc. there are various qualification questionnaires for each type of the supplier. We have the templates stored in our system for each questionnaire type, however we are unable to retrieve information which questionnaire was filled out by which supplier. This data is not included in the supplier information, which is why SAP Ariba Analytical reporting does not retrieve it. Is there any way to retrieve such information using API?

I would appreciate advice in the matter.

Can you try Supplier Data with Pagination API , where we can get questionnaire of each supplier and based on the questionnaire we can differentiate suppleirs

Hi Dileep,

I have tried doing that, however what we receive in response is still only SQD Questionnaire or Supplier Qualification Questionnaire, and not the originally selected Questionnaire name. I believe that whatever template is being selected, later on in the workspace it appear either as SQD or Supplier Qualification Questionnaire. Is there any way to retrieve originally selected template name for qualification?

We thought even about adding question to the template with template name, so that we w could retrieve it via questionnaire question. It might be helpful for future cases, it does not solve the problem for questionnaires sent in the past.

Do you have any advice for solving this problem?

Maybe you have a contact to Best Practice team member responsible for SLP, as other companies may have similar problem, and they are able to manage with this somehow?

I would appreciate your input.
