Hi All,
In the last two days I am not able to build the Android app. It takes almost 2 hours before the process stops with an error. If I open the log, there is nothing but "Error Message: Unknown error, contact support for more details.".
It is the first time I am trying to build the app in the new App Builder. The previous App Builder did not give me problems.
Anyone experiencing the same? Anyone from support that could help me out?

Could you please help me out on this? I have tried it again and again over the last week, but to no avail. I haven't changed anything on the build settings since the old Build Service.
Not having an error log makes it nearly impossible for me to start debug this issue.

Sorry, I know nothing on this topic. Perhaps you wanted to tag somebody else.

Sorry, I just wanted to tag somebody from SAP support... Not sure who is the best to approach for this problem.

Dear Peter, This issue has been fixed by the product team with the release latest 4.12.108, can you please check and let us know if you need further clarification?

Hi @Sankara1 ,
Thank you very much for your reply. I think you meant release latest 4.12.132? Since ..108 has been the latest release before Thursday.
Anyway, I get the same result; an error without any log information. Tried it several times. iOS builds are without any problems. Anything else you can do?

Hello Peter,
Could you please raise an incident to follow up with the product team?
Thanks

How do I contact them, or raise an incident?
Thanks!
yesterday
@Sankara1 I am getting pretty desperate for any help, since the issue is still not resolved.
Could you please help look into the issue? Or tell me exactly how to raise an incident with the product team? I have kept trying, but all the updated Runtime versions did not solve the problem.
It quicky builds up until 99%, waits there for 30 minutes or so, before it throws the error, without anything in the log.
