Hi All,

I am working on ALV grid in CRM and on its standard tool bar i cannot view the summation button where as i get that option in ECC. I can see rest of the button like Export to Excel, Sort Ascending, Sort Descending, etc.

Could any one please tell me what is the problem and how do i rectify the same?

Hi,

I dont know CRM, but just check whether you are viewing in default standard layout or customized layout.

For checking that goto the ALV output screen.

Settings->Layout->Layout Management

There check if there is any custom layout created or the list is empty.
