ALV report conversion to Excel

Dear All,

When I am converting ALV report to Excel, I am getting all the data in single line. Excel sheet displays Column header and Contents in a single line. I want to get the excel conversion similar to the report. I am using Microsoft Office 2007.

Are u downloading this report programtically or downloading after it shows the data in ALV.??

Hi Bharti!!

I dn't think that then there should be an issue in downloading after data is shown in alv. However check out which Patch Level of GUI u are using. I am using 14. and also check that all of your alv reports are downloaded in one column....if yes , then must update ur GUI , if NO, then it is above my knowledge .

I reinstalled the GUI. Now working fine.
