ALV - Microsoft Excel View

Hello ,

I have to fix an existing report .Report is using 'REUSE_ALVA_GRID_DISPLAY' function to display

list. The problem is when user push 'Microsoft Excel View ' button from Alv toolbar . So when we run the report everything is in order , data is displayed like it should be , but when we push 'Microsoft Excel View ' button , on the screen we can see only blank excel sheet ( no any data )

Please advice

for this you need to set the settings in the excel. open the excel

Tools-> Macro -> Security -> Trusted Publishers ->

Check the checkbox Trust all installed Add-ins and Templates

and also see the security level.

I set up settings like you said and security level is lowes possible

, but i still have only blank excel sheet .

Hi ,

check the SAP Note Number: 696069. It has a video attached to configure the Macro in Excel . Hope this will help you.

Is your SAP GUI up to date?

I have got this problem once because I was using a old SAP GUI version.
