Hello.

If you're using MS Excel 2007, refer to SAP Note 1094693.

Otherwise, do the ff manually in Excel:

1) In the Excel menu, click on Tools -> Options

2) Click on Security tab and then click Macro Security button

3) Select the "Trust access to Visual Basic Project" checkbox, or anything like it. Then OK

Next time you click the Excel Inplace icon on your report, it should work.

hi,

As an alternative, do the following.

Goto

List --> Save --> excel --> give a filename.xls

I guess this will help you otherwise.

Thanks,

VV

I guess you missed out to save the file with ".XLS" extension after clicking on the Excel button the output.

Try now saving it with .XLS extension after the filename.

Reward if you're able to get the data

Thanks,

VV

Hi,

Please check in the path tools->macro->security. If the Security level is high the data will not displayed in Excel in place from ALV. Recheck your Security Setting for displaying Excel in Place.

Now on the same path open tab -> Trusted Publishers and Check the checkbox for Trust Access to VB Project.

Pls reward if useful.

Thanks,

Sirisha.
