alv display problem

Hi ,

when i try to implemnt the following code for uploading the excel file and displaying it in alv grid display it will display an error.can anyone resolve it out.

Can u paste the code proper reading format.. and tell me what error ur getting.. Tell me briefly..

Can you attach the code in a flat file.Here , the format is unreadable .
