Is there any utility through which we can send alerts as flash message, which should be displayed on screen directly not in INBOX.?

Not sure where you are raising the alerts from, but some FMs display messages as a system popup in SAP, maybe you could try using those? Just pass in the SAP username of the person who needs to see the popup.

I dont have the name of the FM with me at present, but you should be able to search for them in SE37 with TH.
