ALE to multiple systems question!!! Please help

Hello,

I we have 3 different systems HR, FI and CRM. Currently we are passing data from HR to FI using ALE and everything is working perfect, but now we need to pass data from FI to CRM, and some of this is HR data and its not being pickup up, even with change pointers activated. All the jobs are executed, but changes brought in are not picked up and therefor cant be moved. What can we do, please help.

do you have the ALE distribution model and other cofig all set up?

Yes, everything is set up and when changes is made directly in the Finance system and not passed to it through ALE, it works fine.
